The ASHRAE-CELL filter provides high efficiency filtration where a clean air environment is a necessity. This includes Hospitals, Laboratories, Office Buildings, Food and Beverage Processing Plants, etc. 

Filter performance is not significantly affected by changing air velocity or repeated fan shutdown, making it the ideal filter choice for variable volume systems. The ASHRAE Cell makes upgrading of an existing filtration system simple.  

The ASHRA-CELL can be easily installed where lower efficiency filters no longer meet your filtration needs. The ASHRAE-CELL is available in three efficiency ranges:

ASHRAE test standard 52.1-1992; 95%, 85% and 65%,

ASHRAE test standard 52.2; MERV 14, 13 and 11.

Rigid-Flo

The Rigid-Filter has been engineered to provide high efficiency filtration combined with prolonged life cycles. It is an ideal choice for variable air volume systems. Being totally rigid, its performance is not affected by changes in air velocities or system shut-down.  

The Rigid-Filter is available in a box type (without a header) and also in a single header style. It is designed for use in a wide variety of applications including hospitals, office complexes, and industrial facilities.  

The Rigid-Filter is available in three efficiency ranges:

ASHRAE test standard 52.1-1992; 95%, 85% and 65%,

ASHRAE test standard 52.2; MERV 14, 13 and 11.

Mini-Media

Filtering element is a wet laid micro fiber glass.  

Glue beads hold the media in place and act as the media separator.  

Heavy duty moisture resistant cardboard frame.  

Capacity 2000 CFM in 4” of thickness. 

3 Efficiencies 65%, 85% & 95%.

Hepa

Hardy Filtration HEPA-1000 HEPA filters are designed to meet the critical filtration requirements where airborne contaminants can cause damage in manufacturing processes or may cause health hazards. Only materials that meet our stringent quality standards are utilized.  All manufacturing steps are closely monitored to insure that every filter will perform as expected.

HEPA-1000 filters are available in a variety of framing materials, which include particle board, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel.  The gasket type sealing frames are available in double turned flange (DTF), and single header styles in metal, and box and single header styles in wood.  These frames are also available in Gel Seal style.  They are available in three flow rates. 

HEPA-1000 filters are certified to be a minimum of 99.97% @ 0.3 µm particles and meet the requirements of IEST RP-CC-001.3, type A filters.  

Scanned HEPA-1000 filters are certified to be a minimum of 99.99% @ 0.3 µm particles and meet the requirements of IEST RP-CC-001.3, type C filters. 

HEPA-1000 filters are constructed to perform at temperatures up to 220°F (104°C), and at 100% relative humidity.  

High temperature HEPA-1000 filters are available to operate continuously at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).
